About Me
I’ve had a ten-year career in Banking, from securing a place on a graduate scheme to managing a multi-million-pound portfolio of clients. During this time I also got married and had children.
However, throughout my career, I felt that my challenges differed from those around me, leading me to self-doubt and confidence issues that took a while to overcome. I found that there was a lack of role models and not many people that I could relate to. Additionally, I found a lack of support for South Asian women outside of work.
After finding a passion in coaching, I knew I wanted to support South Asian women who don’t get recognition and understanding because of their cultural background.
I believe this is the perfect time for South Asian women to put themselves first and invest in their futures. We are going through a cultural movement for women where we are unlearning what we have been taught and reflecting on how we want to live our lives now.
